Friday, March 6:
Exhibit set up time: 8:30 AM
Exhibits open to coaches: 10:00 AM
Exhibit break down: 10:15 PM

Saturday, March 7:
Exhibits open to coaches: 8:00 AM
Exhibit break down: 12:30 PM

Note: Exhibitor space is limited and fills up every year. We also advise exhibitors to make their hotel reservation early.

Exhibitor pricing:
Each exhibit table is approximately 6 feet - or make use of your own personal set-up within a 6-foot area.
1 Table - $525 (Onsite Registration is $540)
2 Tables - $825 (Onsite Registration is $840)
3 Tables - $1100 (Onsite Registration is $1115)

Pricing includes 2 sales representatives per table. Additional $10 per additional sales rep (Onsite Registration is $25 per rep). There is an additional $50 for use of an electrical outlet (this is a hotel charge).
